At Centro, we aim to deliver the public transport services that people want.

Our 20-Year Public Transport Strategy is key to this and the aim is to develop a network of public transport that is easy for everyone to understand and use, with 'turn up and go' services on key routes across the West Midlands, whether they are provided by trains, trams or buses.

To maximise customer satisfaction, we must continue to consult and listen to all our customers (users and non-users) and stakeholders.

We therefore carry out consultations to find out customers' views on our proposals. Consultations we have undertaken previously include: Hampton in Arden and Marston Green rail Park and Ride extensions and Metro route extensions.
