At Centro, we aim to deliver the public transport services that people want.

Our Integrated Public Transport Prospectus is key to this and the aim is to develop a network of public transport that is easy for everyone to understand and use, with 'turn up and go' services on key routes across the West Midlands, whether they are provided by trains, trams or buses.

To maximise customer satisfaction, we must continue to consult and listen to all our customers (users and non-users) and stakeholders.

We therefore carry out consultations to seek customers' views on our proposals.

We will post any future consultations on this webpage so please check back at intervals.  Alternatively you can be added to our consultation database by clicking here.

Your views are important to us and we look forward to hearing from you.

Local Transport Plan Header

What is a Local Transport Plan?

A Local Transport Plan (LTP) is where we look at the transport needs of the Metropolitan Area and set out a way forward to deliver those needs through short, medium and long term solutions.

The LTP will also set out how our transport network can play its part in the transformation of the West Midlands economy. It will demonstrate how this will bring real benefits to people through its contribution to economic revival, creation of jobs, improved accessibility, improved local and national connections by road and rail and better quality of life.

For more information please visit the LTP home page.

Bus Review Header

In partnership with local bus operators and councils, we are carrying out bus network reviews across the Metropolitan area. Recently Wolverhampton and West Walsall has been reviewed and Coventry and Sandwell are being reviewed in 2012.
