9. COMPLAINTS

 

If you are unhappy with the way we have handled your request, with the fee we have

charged, or the reasons for refusing to provide the information, you have the right to

request a review and/or complain by writing to the Head of Legal & Democratic Services

at Centro, Centro House, 16 Summer Lane, Birmingham B19 3SD.

 

If you are not satisfied with the assistance you get from Centro, or if we have not

been able to resolve your request and feel that a formal complaint needs

to be made, then this should be addressed to the office of the Information Commissioner.

The Information Commissioner is responsible for enforcing the operation of the Freedom

of Information Act and the Data Protection Act.
