The Integrated Transport Authority has seven Transport Users' Forums covering the district areas of Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell, Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

They meet on average every two months at a local venue in the district to discuss issues relevant to the provision of public passenger transport.

TUF Meetings, which are held in the evenings, comprise:-

  • Members of the Integrated Transport Authority.
  • Members of the District Council in the area covered.
  • Representatives of bus, rail, light rail and the Safer Travel Police Team are invited to attend.
  • Members of the public.

Members of the public can attend meetings of the Transport Users' Forum and can question representatives of the Integrated Transport Authority, Centro, transport operators and the District Council on transport related-matters in their town or city.

The Forums have an 'open' membership, whereby elected members and the public who attend can fully take part in proceedings. The meetings are arranged to allow questions on the Safer Travel Police Team, bus, rail and Metro services.

If you need any more information, or would like to attend a meeting of the Transport Users' Forum in your area, please contact the Democratic Services section on 0121 214 7501.
