We are always happy to receive your comments and suggestions on public transport matters in the West Midlands and aim to respond to your enquiry within 10 working days.

It may be necessary to liaise with external organisations and transport operators to resolve your enquiry. We will not pass on your personal details unless you give us permission to do so. If you do not give us permission to pass on the details of your enquiry we will be happy to contact the relevant external organisation on your behalf, however it may take a little longer than usual to provide you with a response.
