Based at Dudley Council Plus Offices

£19,304 - £22,587 per annum

Fixed term to March 2014

 

As an experienced administrator you will carry out clerical duties, meet and assist clients, process ticket orders and assist in the preparation of relevant reports, all of which will support a team in delivering the WorkWise project from our base in Dudley and Centro House.

 

Interested applicants should be educated to NVQ Level 2 ideally in Customer Service or equivalent, have strong proven administrative and computer skills, be able to demonstrate an accurate detailed approach, and have excellent communication skills. Applicants should be self-starters with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

 

WorkWise is an award winning project that helps unemployed people overcome the travel barriers to finding and starting new jobs. The project provides up to 2 months travel support for eligible unemployed residents of Dudley.
